This amazing, one-of-a-kind two-bedroom apartment located on the second most popular after street of Kyiv Khreschatyk, which combines the top center of the city and commercial port area (Center). Many other restaurants, cafes and nightclubs are just a short walk down the street Sagaydachny. The area where the apartment is located is also one of the safest in Kyiv, as there are many embassies around the world. The apartment is located in a historic building (penthouse) on the 6th floor with a concierge building (with elevator). It offers a spacious living room with a couch (convertible into a double bed), 25ti inch TV with cable (over 100 channels, including the English-speaking), high-speed Internet access (Wi-Fi), a coffee table and television. The apartment has two completely separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and additional TV for your enjoyment. The second bedroom has a double bed and a desk for your laptop. Both bedrooms include large closets and each has its own air conditioning. All rooms are completely separate. The apartment also has a spacious kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal, includes a dining area for up to five people, a microwave and a dishwasher. The owner may request a security deposit from 1500 to 2500 UAH upon arrival.

Important registration information

If you check in at night from 19:00 to 10:00, we offer you the following check-in options:

1. Arrange service at the airport or train station with our driver. Our driver will be waiting for you with a sign, pick you up to check in directly to your accommodation. We highly recommend this option to avoid late night check-in issues. Airport pickup is 25 USD for KBP and 20 USD for IEV and train/bus station.

2. You can pick up the keys at the reception of our mini-hotel, located in the very center of Kiev at 10 Bohdana Khmelnytskoho street (1 block from Keschatyk, next to Teatralna/Zoloti Vorota metro station). The front desk is open 24/7.

Please note that our telephone support service is open from 10:00 to 22:00.
If dates are shortened, no refunds will be given.

Мебель вся старая, поломанная - ламели в кроватях проваливаются, диван поломанный и протертый, ящики и двери в шкафах без ручек, оторванные петли и тд. Лампочек в светильниках не более 10%, бумажные люстры с дырами, потолки и стены затекшие, пол грязный, не убирался давно. Ощущение сарая, в квартире давно нужно сделать ремонт и поменять всю мебель. Хотел погладить рубашку - утюг не греет. Еще момент - подъехать к дому нельзя, нужно идти пешком и искать где оставить машину, а с этим рядом проблемы, хорошо бы, чтобы предупреждали в тексте объявления.

Розташування прекрасне, квартира знаходиться біля Андріївської церкви, тож ви виходите відразу на Андріївський спуск. Чудові види з вікон, просторі кімнати і два душа (один із них сумісний з туалетом). Наявна постіль і достатньо рушників.

Ремонт робився вже дуже давно, кроваті і диван не дуже зручні для спання. У квартирі не дуже чисто. Оскільки квартира знаходиться у туристичному районі, ввечорі може бути досить шумно - вуличні музики, дискотека, натовп молоді.
