Without exaggeration, it is the best apartment with one bedroom by the combination of price/quality/location. Magnificent spacious luxury apartment in a house located in the famous architectural gallery- Pasazh. The apartment has designer renovation, there is Italian furniture, a large flat TV, in the bathroom - a bathtub and a shower, in the kitchen and in the bathroom there is a floor heating. Also, in the bathroom there is a very rare, but very necessary option: an electric drying machine in which you can easily dry your laundry after washing. The apartment has Italian kitchen and good kitchen appliances. In the bedroom there is a large bed, in the living room there are two folding double sofas. The apartment has three built-in wardrobes: in the hallway, in the bedroom and in the office. The windows overlook the courtyard, so the apartment is very quiet. The apartment has all the necessary appliances, unlimited high-speed Internet.

The owner requires a security deposit in the amount of 2499 UAH, which will be returned upon check-out if the property is safe.

Additional house rules

It is mandatory to report in advance the exact time of eviction.
Earlier check-in and/or late check-out is possible if this does not interfere with other guests. To be guaranteed an opportunity for early check-in or late check-out, you must pay the cost of one more night stay.
It is possible to organize a transfer (costs slightly more than a taxi, payment - in cash to the driver).
If you have a late check-in - after 20:00, or an early departure - before 8:00, please book a transfer with our driver who will meet you at the airport or train station. If you don’t need a transfer, please be ready to receive the keys (in case of late arrival) or hand them over (in case of early departure) to the concierge, who is located near the apartment. We will send you detailed instructions on how to do this. Leaving the keys under the rug near the apartment or in the mailbox without prior approval is strictly prohibited.
You must have a passport (or other photo ID) and a security deposit in the amount of the cost of one night stay. Upon check-in, after inspecting the apartment, the security deposit is returned to the guest.
Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited. For smoking, you can use the balcony.
Surcharge for providing extra bed is 120 UAH (5 USD) per day.
