Excellent large three-bedroom apartment in the house (three separate bedrooms), located in the famous architectural gallery Passage on the main street of Kyiv - Khreshchatyk. One hundred meters away is the metro station of the same name. The apartment has four rooms: a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a large LCD TV, and three bedrooms with large double beds. Each room has a powerful air conditioner (four air conditioners in total). The apartment has two bathrooms, one has a shower cabin, a sink and a toilet, the second bathroom has a whirlpool bath, a toilet and a gas water heater, which guarantees you a constant availability of hot water. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, dishes, cutlery, refrigerator, induction cooker, oven and washing machine. The apartment has everything you need for living, unlimited high speed internet.

Additional house rules

Be sure to notify the exact time of check-out in advance.
Early check-in and/or late check-out is possible, as long as it does not interfere with other guests. To guarantee an early check-in or late check-out, you must pay the cost of one more night of stay.
It is possible to organize a transfer (it costs a little more than a taxi, payment is in cash to the driver).
If you have a late check-in - after 20:00, or an early check-out - before 8:00, please book a transfer with our driver who will meet you at the airport or train station. If you do not need a transfer, please be ready to collect the keys (in case of late arrival) or hand them over (in case of early departure) to the concierge located near the apartment. We will send you detailed instructions on how to do this. It is strictly forbidden to leave the keys under the rug near the apartment or in the mailbox without prior approval.
You must have a passport (or other ID with a photo) and a security deposit in the amount of the cost of one night's stay upon arrival. After inspecting the apartment, the security deposit is returned to the guest upon check-out.
Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited. You can use the balcony for smoking.
Surcharge for providing an extra bed after 4 guests is 280 UAH (10 USD) per day.
