Я нікому не раджу зв'язуватися з цим орендодавцем і його жахливими квартирами. Це була найгірша оренда у моєму житті, а ще й у мій день народження! По порядку. Я орендував квартиру заздалегідь, чітко узгодив дату заселення. І що я отримую в день, коли все має бути ідеально? Дзвінок від власника з повідомленням, що квартира, яку я забронював, недоступна! Натомість він пропонує мені іншу квартиру, яка на ділі виявилася справжнім жахом. Квартира знаходиться в приміщенні якогось офісу (такого взагалі НЕ МОЖЕ бути!), усе навколо брудне, як у старому складі. Чайник, який там стояв, не працює, а посуду для приготування їжі взагалі немає! Абсолютний мінімум зручностей? Ні, тут навіть цього не було. Душ - це окрема катастрофа. В ньому митись було просто неможливо через дикі антисанітарні умови. Страшно подумати, коли там востаннє проводилось прибирання. Сусіди просто нестерпні: гучні, галасливі, уночі щось кричали за стіною, а в самі двері дзвонили о другій ночі! Хто б міг подумати, що під час оренди доведеться відчувати такий дискомфорт і стрес. Орендодавець, як виявилось, брехун і нечесна людина. Він обіцяв довезти потрібні речі, запевняв, що допоможе виправити ситуацію, і що в результаті? Нічого! Після того, як пообіцяв допомогти, просто зник і почав ігнорувати мої дзвінки та повідомлення. Ця квартира - це один великий жах. Якщо вам дороги ваші нерви і гроші, обходьте цього орендодавця десятою дорогою. Такого безвідповідального ставлення я ще не бачив!

Потрібно більше освітлення, вставити лампочки, чуть більше туалетного папіру (був 1), у світильниках (нічниках) не було лампочки, трішки краще помити підголу (білі шкарпетки, одразу ставали брудні)

Хотілося б щоб на кухні був мінімальний набір необхідного (сіль, перець, чай, кава, цукор, кращі ножі) та у ванній (освіжувач повітря, пральний засіб, мило)
