- Расположение. - Приветливый персонал.

- Входная дверь (на фото - справа от стола) выполнена как межкомнантна. Когда в коридоре-тамбуре горел свет, то через щели вокруг двери и под ней проникал свет. Поскольку расположена она посредине стены (а не где-то в углу), то это мешало. - Шумоизоляция и через эту дверь, и вообще через стены - слабая. Судя по всему из одной квартиры сделали несколько отдельных, но об изоляции не думали. В итоге вы с соседями скорее просто в разных комнатах, нежели в разных квартирах. - В комнате только один источник света - верхняя люстра, ни прикроватных светильников, ни каких-либо других локальных нет. - Все это в целом (все предыдущие пункты) создало ощущение "неуютно" - если речь о просто переночевать, то это мелочи, если вам важна атмосфера в номере, то комфортно будет вряд ли. - Полотенца для ног не было (были банные) - странное решение. Притом и коврика для ног у душевой кабины тоже не было - голая плитка, без подогрева. - Возможно этот пункт дело вкуса, но крайне мягкий матрас, никогда ранее таких не встречал:) Как минимум часть из этих пунктов устранима, так что возможно в будущем станет лучше.
