This one bedroom apartment is located on the 3 floor of the 8-storey building with an elevator. Windows overlook the quiet green yard. Enter the courtyard through the barrier, there is a parking lot where you can park your car. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances (microwave, washing machine). The living room has everything for a comfortable stay, including a large folding sofa, plasma TV, cable television, and high-speed Wi-Fi. In the living room and the kitchen there are private balconies, the bedroom has a large wardrobe. 2 bathrooms, one of which has a big bathroom and washbasin, the second has a toilet.
Location is very convenient. St. Sophia Catheral, St. Mykhaylo Cathedral, Maidan Nezalezhnosti are located within walking distance. Volodymyrska Hirka park, cable car. All is nearby - cafes, restaurants, shops. In a 10 minutes walk from Zoloti Vorota and Maidan Nezalezhnosti metro stations.
Check-in-14:00, check-out - till 12:00. Handing over the keys in the apartment.
To reduce the period of stay - a fine in the amount of 1 night stay.
To register for early check-in (before 9:00) or late check-out (after 12:00) you need to clarify the possibility of providing this service in advance.
Early check-in and late check-out are additional services that is worth 1/2 daily prices and can be confirmed in 24 hours to check-in.
We take a deposit upon check-in at the rate price for 1 night, which will be returned upon check-out. Celebrations and parties are not allowed. Smoking in the apartment is not allowed, but the apartment has 2 balconies and we would be very grateful if our smoking guests will smoke there.
