A studio apartment on the 2nd floor of a 9-story building. It’s a 10-minute walk to the Darnytsia metro station. A direct (no transfers) metro line will take you to Khreshchatyk (downtown) in just 15 minutes. Other stations on this line include Universytet, Vokzalna, and others. The fare for any distance on the metro, bus, trolleybus, or tram is 8 UAH (0.2 USD).

There are several shopping centers near the building, including Detsky Mir, as well as grocery stores, pharmacies, beauty salons, ATMs, cafes, and restaurants to suit every taste. For bowling enthusiasts, there is the Kosmix entertainment center. The City Center Serdtsa and the Trade and Economics University are within walking distance. The International Exhibition Center (IEC) is just one metro stop away. The well-maintained Pobeda Park, with its attractions and water canal, is sure to delight you.

Keys are handed over directly at the apartment upon presentation of a valid ID and payment of a security deposit. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout, provided the property is left in good condition.
Check-in time is after 2:00 PM; check-out time is by 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out is charged at half the daily rental rate.
When planning your trip, please note: check-in and check-out are only available during daytime hours from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. There is no check-in or check-out between 8:00 PM and 7:00 AM! Important: A curfew is in effect in the city from midnight to 5:00 AM (all movement is prohibited).

Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, on the balcony, and on the landing!

Age restriction: 21 years old. The apartment is not suitable for children under 5 years old.

Parties and other noisy events are prohibited in the apartment! We respect our neighbors, so we ask guests to keep the noise down from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
