Studio apartment consist of a cozy bedroom, kitchen, shared bathroom. The windows overlook the courtyard.
The apartment is located on the 1 floor of a 4-storey building. The house is located in the historical part of Kiev, near the main sights of the Ukrainian capital. Only 10 minutes walk to the main street of Kiev - Khreschatyk, Bessarabska square with a lot of shops and cafes, Mandarin Plaza shooping center, Parus business center, as well as Arena mall, which includes: Pinchuk Art Center center of contemporary art, nightclubs, shops, restaurants, cafes, a non-stop supermarket.
The apartment has 2 sleeping places.

The apartment has a double bed, wardrobe, sconce, bedside tables, TV. The kitchen has a stove, table, chairs, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle. An individual drinking water purification system has been installed. Bathroom: toilet, shower, hair dryer. Hot water is available round the clock (in case of disconnection of centralized water supply, an autonomous water heater is provided in the apartment).
Bedding, towels, disposable slippers, serving soap and shampoo are provided. There are free Internet, iron, ironing table, folding dryer for linen.

Check-in - from 15:00. If you need to check in before 15:00, you must order the early check-in service. When ordering an early check-in, you must additionally pay the cost of a night's stay.
The time of eviction from the apartment is until 12:00, regardless of the time of occupancy. If eviction is necessary after 12:00, you need to order the late check-out service. Check-out before 18:00 - it is necessary to additionally pay half of the cost of a night's stay; after 18:00 - it is necessary to pay additionally the cost of a night's stay. The possibility of a late check-out service depends on the availability of the apartment on a certain date. It is recommended to order a late check-out service when pre-booking an apartment. The apartment is provided to you exclusively for living, which excludes the holding of any noisy events that may cause concern to others, neighbors and violate public order, as well as may cause damage to property in the apartment. According to Ukrainian legislation, the following are prohibited in the apartment:
- makes noise from 21:00 to 8:00, plays music/television loudly, performs any work associated with knocking or other mechanical sounds;
- conducting any celebrations, parties or other noisy group events. In case of violation of this clause, we reserve the right to immediately evict you without refund of money - advance payment, payment for accommodation, cash deposit.
A fine equal to the cost of 1 day's stay is charged for shortening the stay.
Sometimes guests are settled through the office, which is located at 10 Prorizna street. The cost of a transfer from Zhuliany Airport is 350 UAH, from Boryspil Airport is 650 UAH.

Payment of the security deposit is made through the WayForPay payment system.
