Apartment with all amenities and meets European standards. Windows and loggia overlook the side of the M. Raskovoi street. Glazing on the window and on the balcony, there is a parquet on the floor.
Bedroom: double bed, sofa, coffee table, TV (cable TV - Russian, Ukrainian and foreign channels), DVD player, radio, telephone, internet Wi-Fi, air conditioning.
Kitchen: kitchen table, refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery, dishwashing detergent.
Bathroom: shower, toilet, washing machine, hair dryer, bags with shampoo and liquid soap.
In the hallway there is a built-in wardrobe.
The apartment has a full set of bed linen and towels.
Location: the apartment is located near Livoberezhna metro station. Close to International Exposition Center. There are several shops, a large supermarket Novus, Komod mall, nearby - several restaurants, a pub, night clubs Joes and Chicago, casino, restaurant, McDonalds, market. Several guarded parking are located nearby.

Early check-in (6:00) and late check-out (till 22:00) are charged as half price per 1 night.
We do not accommodate customers under 25 years’ age. Exceptions are possible if you pay safety deposit at check-in. Celebration and parties are not allowed. The apartment is not rented for office or commercial use.
Kindly be informed that since your reservation for 1night or 2 nights only we require a safe deposit of 2000 UAH upon arrival and we will return it upon departure if no damage in the apartment.
Free cleaning of the apartment and change of bed are possible after 4-6 days stay.
