There is a wonderful place for walks near the house - Rusanivskyi channel, 15 minutes to the beach on the Dnieper. The apartment windows overlook the courtyard. There are grocery stores, a hairdresser, a pharmacy, a dental office nearby. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a 9-storey building, there is a balcony. The apartment has 3 sleeping places - a double bed and a sofa, there is a wardrobe, TV, Internet access is provided. The renovation was made in 2012, the floor is covered with laminate, new plumbing was installed in the combined bathroom. The kitchen has a dining table, fridge, kettle, necessary utensils. Bed linen, towels are provided.
