Description

Large, spacious three-room apartment with high ceilings is in the historical house. The house has an ideal location for both a tourist and business visit to Kyiv. The house is in 2 minutes walk from Maidan Nezalezhnosti and the central street of Kyiv - Khreshchatyk. Nearby there are many monuments: St. Michael's golden-domed cathedral, a monument to Princess Olga, St. Sophia cathedral, a monument to Bohdan Khmelnytskyi. Nearby there is the famous Andriivskyi descent (St. Andrew's church, Bulgakov house-museum, Richard the Lionheart castle). Also Hayat and Intercontinental hotels are close by. Despite the fact that the house is in the center, the apartment is very quiet. The entrance to the house is equipped with an intercom system. The apartment has two separate bedrooms and a living room. The living room has a large plasma TV and air conditioning. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin. Each of the bedrooms has a large bed and a built-in wardrobe, in the living room there is a double sofa bed. The apartment has all the necessary appliances, the kitchen is equipped with utensils and cutlery, wired Internet is available. Number of sleeping places: 6 (2+2+2). Floor: 5. The house has an elevator.

The owner requires a security deposit in the amount of 1400 UAH, which will be returned upon check-out if the property is safe.

Additional house rules

It is mandatory to report in advance the exact time of eviction.
Earlier check-in and/or late check-out is possible if this does not interfere with other guests. To be guaranteed an opportunity for early check-in or late check-out, you must pay the cost of one more night stay.
It is possible to organize a transfer (costs slightly more than a taxi, payment - in cash to the driver).
If you have a late check-in - after 20:00, or an early departure - before 8:00, please book a transfer with our driver who will meet you at the airport or train station. If you don’t need a transfer, please be ready to receive the keys (in case of late arrival) or hand them over (in case of early departure) to the concierge, who is located near the apartment. We will send you detailed instructions on how to do this. Leaving the keys under the rug near the apartment or in the mailbox without prior approval is strictly prohibited.
You must have a passport (or other photo ID) and a security deposit in the amount of the cost of one night stay. Upon check-in, after inspecting the apartment, the security deposit is returned to the guest.
Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited. For smoking, you can use the balcony.
Surcharge for providing extra bed is 120 UAH (5 USD) per day.

The location is fantastic! Walking distance to Maidan, and we stayed near friends who rented a different apartment. Communication was great, and help arranging transfers from airport and then to train station upon departure was great.,

После выезда гостей квартира была в ужасном состоянии. Конечно, спасибо Алине за хороший отзыв, но в наших квартирах запрещено проводить мероприятия, об этом в явных формах написано в правилах бронирования. Поэтому, указанный минус о количестве стульев нас немало удивил! :-)
