It is mandatory to report in advance the exact time of eviction.
Earlier check-in and/or late check-out is possible if this does not interfere with other guests. To be guaranteed an opportunity for early check-in or late check-out, you must pay the cost of one more night stay.
It is possible to organize a transfer (costs slightly more than a taxi, payment - in cash to the driver).
If you have a late check-in - after 20:00, or an early departure - before 8:00, please book a transfer with our driver who will meet you at the airport or train station. If you don’t need a transfer, please be ready to receive the keys (in case of late arrival) or hand them over (in case of early departure) to the concierge, who is located near the apartment. We will send you detailed instructions on how to do this. Leaving the keys under the rug near the apartment or in the mailbox without prior approval is strictly prohibited.
You must have a passport (or other photo ID) and a security deposit in the amount of the cost of one night stay. Upon check-in, after inspecting the apartment, the security deposit is returned to the guest.
Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited. For smoking, you can use the balcony.
Surcharge for providing extra bed is 120 UAH (5 USD) per day.

Удобное расположение

Хозяйка квартиры не присутствовала при выселении, затем задним числом обвинила, что гости курили, выслала какие то фотки якобы пропаленного дивана и не возвратила залог. Так что да, будьте готовы, что вас также обманут и залог вам не вернут. Хозяйка не присутствовала при выезде гостей и не указала им при выселении на недостатки или ущерб. Очень не порядочная компания.

Чистота,комфорт и гостеприимство хозяев. Стоит отметить высокий сервис ,а именно : -достаточное количество чистой посуды,полотенец и постельных принадлежностей -кофеварка двух видов -новые комнатные тапочки для всех, -наличие минеральной воды в холодильнике (добирались в сильную жару,охлажденная вода стала приятным бонусом) -несколько сортов чая и кофе,сахар,соль и пр. -неограниченное количество туалетной бумаги,стирального порошка, -мыло,шампунь.
