The studio is located in 3 minutes walk from the central square of Kyiv and Maidan Nezalezhnosti metro station, in 6 minutes from Khreshchatyk metro station. The apartment is located on the 5th floor. There is a supermarket, restaurants, bars, a fast food cafe, art gallery, Arena City and Gulliver shopping centers with many shops, as well as the main sights of the capital are nearby.
The layout of the apartment includes a room, a kitchen, a combined bathroom. There are 2 sleeping places - a double bed. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Household appliances available: air conditioning, washing machine, microwave, TV, hairdryer, iron, electric kettle. If necessary, we can provide a DVD. Guests are provided with crockery, bed linen, bath amenities, soap, digital TV and free Internet access (Wi-Fi).

Check-out time from the apartment is until 12:00, regardless of the time of check-in. If you need to check out after 12:00, you must order a late check-out service. This service is paid in the amount of:
- check-out before 18:00 - you must additionally pay half the cost of a day's stay;
- check-out after 18:00 - it is necessary to pay additionally the cost per day of stay.
Accommodation for guests over 25 years old.
We take a deposit for the keys.
No smoking.
Reporting documents are not provided for the amount of prepayment that is made to the site. Documents are provided only for the amount that is paid to the owner upon check-in. If you need documents for the amount of the prepayment that is made to the site, be sure to contact the Dobovo support service before making the prepayment.
If the dates are shortened, the funds will not be refunded.

Местопложение удобно для туристов. Тихо.

Матрас просто ужасен, нужен или топер какой-то или замена. Невозможно расслабиться... что-то впивается в тело постоянно. Сама квартира тускловата и находиться там долгое время сложно. Посуда, тремпели в разнобой и собраны как с остатков каких-то.

Месторасположение: все Полоцкой и в пешей доступности. Очень тихое место, не смотря, что в самом сердце города.

Хотя бы 4 полотенца вместо 3 на 2 человека. И, вешалки (плечики) для одежды, а то пиджак , плащ др пришлось искать варианты как держать
