Хорошее расположение. Рядом метро. Недалеко набережная Днепра, можно пройтись пешком.

Квартира была плохо убрана. Грязные чашки, и их всего две. Не хватало стаканов. Старое белье. Очень старые полотенца. Неудобный диван. Запах канализации в коридоре. В ванной очень не хватает шторки для душа. В туалете не хватает освежителя. В комплекте со стиральной машинкой должен быть порошок, это на мой взгляд. Кондиционер плохо работает, его давно нужно почистить! Кабельное телевидение очень унылое. Я пишу обо всем, потому что хочу чтобы в Киеве были удобные, чистые и комфортные квартиры. Чтобы людям из дальних стран было удобно. Если хозяйка постарается исправить недочеты, будет хорошая квартира.

Заявленное возможное количество людей, которое может остановится в квартире двое, поэтому чашок две. Мы не покупаем каждому гостю новое постельное и полотенца , они имеют свой ресурс и используются определённый период времени. Будет проведена ревизия состояния и если есть изношенные комплекты то будет произведена замена на новые. Диван большой 1,8 м. с топером. Кондиционер почищен и дозаправлен. Кабельное ТВ до 100 каналов, если новости унылые с каналов, так мы тут причём? По запаху Вы забыли уточнить , что запах был не в квартире а в общем коридоре из-за проводимых тогда в подвале работ. Относительно качества уборки, то мы всегда принимаем такие замечания и стараемся устранять любые недочёты.
