Cozy one-bedroom apartment on the left bank in a 10-minute walk from Darnytsia metro. It is one stop to Livoberezhna metro station. Located on the 2nd floor of the 5-storey building near the houses a supermarket, Dytiachyi svit shopping centre with lots of shops and cafes, Kosmix entertainment complex, restaurants, bars and fast food restaurants.
The layout of the apartment: living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, 4 sleeping places: double bed, sofa bed for 2 persons.
Household appliances: washing machine, microwave, TV, hair dryer, iron, electric kettle, DVD if necessary.
The apartment has everything necessary for a comfortable stay: dishes, bed linens, bath accessories, slippers, soap. There is also free Internet Wi-Fi access and digital TV.

This service is paid in the amount of:
- check-out before 18:00 - you must additionally pay half the cost of a day's stay;
- check-out after 18:00 - it is necessary to pay additionally the cost per day of stay.

We take a deposit for the keys.

Reporting documents are not provided for the amount of prepayment that is made to the site. Documents are provided only for the amount that is paid to the owner upon check-in. If the dates are shortened, the funds will not be refunded.
