The kitchen has all the necessary appliances: fridge, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, microwave, gas stove. In the bathroom there are bathroom fixtures, hair dryer, washing machine. Bed linens, towels. Nearby there are shopping malls Gulliver and Mandarin Plaza, business center Horizont, Oleksandrivska (Zhovtneva) hospital, a supermarket Silpo. The apartment is located in 5 minutes walk from Palats Sportu and Klovska metro stations, Bessarabskyi market, downtown business center Parus, Arena City entertainment complex. The apartment is designed for a comfortable stay of 4 people. Number of sleeping places: 2+2. In the yard there is a parking. Coded lock, security doors. Additional house rules

Upon arrival to the apartment we take the security deposit in the amount of the cost of 1 night stay. The deposit is refunded on check-out if the apartment is not damaged.
Apartment price may increase on weekends and holidays.
If the period of stay is shortened, the funds will not be refunded. Refunds are possible only if the apartment is rented out to other guests on dates that have been reduced.
The air conditioning service is paid separately if you need to use it. That is, air conditioning is not included in the room price, but is ordered as a separate service. The cost of air conditioning is 200 UAH per day.
