Description

The light is not turned off very warm apartment.
Separate rooms, 3 bedrooms with large beds. In the kitchen a large dining table and balcony is glazed. Hot water is constantly there, not a boiler, hot water for everyone.
The apartment has strong wifi and there is a plasma.
If when booking our apartment you have changed plans or need to change the apartment to a smaller one or need a different type of apartment you can choose your favorite option on the site.

Проживали в цій квартирі в апартаментах все зроблено чудово, квартира дуже охайно прибрана, ліжка нові, матраси дуже зручні та великі, чиста постіль. Всі кімнати окремі та мають ізольовані двері. Розташування прямо біля вул. Хрещатик є метро 3 хв. пішки, зручно піти погуляти та прийти додому не потрібно використовувати дороге таксі щоб добратися ввечері. Нам дуже сподобалось та завжди буду рекомендувати цю квартиру та скоро знову орендую для свого відпочинку, роботи

Єдиний плюс квартири це розміщення і те, що ми не спали на вулиці

Власник квартири побачивши, що ми дуже потребуємо квартиру (це була єдина вільна квартира, яку ми змогли знайти обдзвонивши номерів 20 точно) вирішив підняти вартість з 2400 до 3000 грн оскільки «ну ви понімаєте спрос великий» В квартирі повна антисанітарія, мене покусали клопи, постіль брудна, квартира жахливо прокурена, під ліжком сантиметровий пил, в квартирі, яка заявлена на 8 осіб було 2 чистих рушника, на кухні підлога липне, на тумбочках пил, носки в яких ми ходили по квартирі, ми там же і викинули. На кухні зацвівший хліб, посуд непридатний до використання. Після озвучення всіх нюансів по проживанню власник повернув 600 грн, на які підняв оренду. Але вартість 2400 взагалі не аргументована. Це найгірший варіант квартири з усіх, з якими ми колись мали досвід.
