This charming and tastefully renovated studio apartment is located in the heart of the historical center of Kyiv - just in one block from Khreschatyk street. All of the most popular attractions and dozens of cafes, restaurants and night clubs, including two restaurants in the same building, are located just in a short walk from the apartment (to Maidan Nezalezhnosti - 3-4 minutes). The highlight of this apartment is the large full-length windows that offer a view of the Khreschatyk and beautiful park located at the bottom. The apartment is located on the 8 floor of a 10-storey building (with a lift and with the code lock on the door). There are everything that you may need for a comfortable stay in Kyiv, including a double bed, a small leather sofa, 32-inch LCD TV with cable TV (more than 100 channels, including English language, such as Discovery, BBC, CNN, etc.), high-speed Wi-Fi, a large wardrobe and air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for two people, a washing machine, a bathroom with shower and much more. The apartment also has a spacious balcony with one of the best views of Kyiv.

Important registration information

If you check in at night from 19:00 to 10:00, we offer you the following check-in options:

1. Arrange service at the airport or train station with our driver. Our driver will be waiting for you with a sign, pick you up to check in directly to your accommodation. We highly recommend this option to avoid late night check-in issues. Airport pickup is 25 USD for KBP and 20 USD for IEV and train/bus station.

2. You can pick up the keys at the reception of our mini-hotel, located in the very center of Kiev at 10 Bohdana Khmelnytskoho street (1 block from Keschatyk, next to Teatralna/Zoloti Vorota metro station). The front desk is open 24/7.

Please note that our telephone support service is open from 10:00 to 22:00.
If dates are shortened, no refunds will be given.
