Description

Comfortable apartment with new renovation. Equipped with all necessary appliances: vacuum cleaner, washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, air conditioning, hairdryer. The kitchen has a complete set of dishes and drinking water. Guests are also provided with disposable slippers, toothbrushes, a first aid kit and household items.

The building is brick and monolithic, 34 floors, 4 elevators, concierge, guarded area. There is an air raid shelter (underground parking). Poznyaki metro station is a 5-minute walk away. Right behind the house there is Aladdin shopping center, Novus supermarket, within walking distance - Silpo, Pyramid shopping center, METRO, Epicenter, as well as other infrastructure - cafes, pharmacies, beauty salons, banks, etc.

In the lobby of the building there is an Easy Pay terminal, a post office of Nova Poshta and Epicenter. Public transportation stops are 5-7 minutes walk from the house. Payment documents are available upon request. Payment is possible by bank transfer and cash.

Standard check-in is from 14:00, check-out is until 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee, subject to technical feasibility.

Additional house rules

Standard check-in time is 14:00, check-out time is 12:00. Guests may check in and out at any time during this period. Check-in is self-service, keys are issued at the security desk. The day before arrival, the administrator will contact the guests by messenger and inform them about the rules of arrival.

If technically possible, check-in and check-out can be earlier/later for an additional fee. The cost of prolonging the stay after 12:00 is 150 UAH/hour. After 18:00 is considered a full day. In case of very early arrival you have to pay for the previous day.

The price of an extra bed not specified in the reservation is 200 UAH per person. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment, including the balcony. The only exception are electronic cigarettes. The common balcony on the floor is used for smoking.

Вже двічі лишалися у цій чудовій квартирі і двічі лишилися нею задоволені. Там є все: зручне розташування (близько до метро, поруч магазини), гарний краєвид, чистота та свіжість, і навіть маленькі дрібниці що створюють ще більш приємне перебування. Дуже вдячні власниці і особливо пані Наталі. Впевнена, що у майбутньому звертатимемося ще і рекомендую іншим!)

Искали квартиру на Левом берегу, возле метро. Очень шикарное расположение, в пешей доступности, все развлечения, магазины, ТЦ. Сама квартира очень огромная, шикарная, чистая и уютная.
