We are pleased to offer you our apartments in the SmartHouse residential complex, located at 41 Mashynobudivna Street in the Solomenskyi district. The apartments are ready for your arrival and are a great option for a comfortable stay: only 200 meters to the public transport stop, one stop to the Beresteyska metro station or 10 minutes on foot. Nearby are KPI, NAU, Bogomolets Medical University, Medgorodok, as well as a recreational park, bank, shops, shopping malls and business centers with conference rooms.

Here you will have access to all modern amenities: a guarded area, concierge service and high-speed elevators. In addition to parking, you can enjoy food from the pizzeria and sushi bar, fresh coffee and desserts from the coffee shop, and everything you need from the two supermarkets on the ground floor.
