our building has generators, thanks to which the elevators operate, hot/cold water is available, and Wi-Fi works (provided you have a charged power bank with two USB ports).

26 Obolonskyi Avenue, 6th floor, 80 m², 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms, living room with kitchen, 2 Smart TVs, 2 air conditioners, dishwasher. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and a pleasant vacation.

The following facilities are available in the residential complex (must be arranged in advance):

- shared terrace with a jacuzzi for all residents of the building on the 27th floor.

- underground/outdoor parking
In the enclosed courtyard:

- children's playground, table tennis, football/basketball/volleyball court

Parking:
Underground parking is available for an additional fee.

There is free outdoor guest parking with security and surveillance cameras.

There is also paid parking near Dream Town shopping mall.

Please let us know in advance if you need parking and which type. We will also need your vehicle's license plate number, make, and model.

Ввічливий та приємний у спілкуванні персонал, інфраструктурно чудове розташування будинку (парк "Наталка" поруч - це окремі компліменти)

Присутній невеликий шум з боку авто-магістралей, але це некритично, тим паче за наявності комендантської години.
