Цена. Расположение. Ванная комната. В квартире чисто. Хорошая шумоизоляция в доме.

В зале больше нет второго дивана, вместо него двуспальная кровать, из-за которой места намного меньше. Оставшийся диван сломан, из-за этого некоторым людям пришлось спать в дискомфорте. В квартире есть тараканы, хотя квартира чистая. Думаю это скорее всего из-за старого дома/подъезда, а не из-за хозяев. Странно работает освещение в зале.
