Early check-in (6:00) and late check-out (till 22:00) are charged as half price per 1 night.
We do not accommodate customers under 25 years’ age. Exceptions are possible if you pay safety deposit at check-in. Celebration and parties are not allowed. The apartment is not rented for office or commercial use.
Kindly be informed that since your reservation for 1night or 2 nights only we require a safe deposit of 2000 UAH upon arrival and we will return it upon departure if no damage in the apartment.
Free cleaning of the apartment and change of bed are possible after 4-6 days stay.

-В квартире тепло и уютно, -есть все необходимое, -удачное местоположение ( было очень важно); В целом проживание на 5 (минусы ниже скорее к сведению,ибо надеюсь временные)
-запрет на вкл бойлера без согласования(показалось уже очень странным и неуместным) -ремонт в подъезде и отсутсвие света на лестничной площадке(не критично,но все же доставило некий дискомфорт)
