There is a supermarket, Dytiachyi svit shopping center, restaurants, bars and fast food cafes near the house. There is a place for car parking. Very comfortable and spacious apartment with a good renovation and new furniture. Layout of the apartment: a full bedroom, a double bed, a living room with a double folding sofa, the kitchen is fully equipped with all cutlery and kitchen appliances. Separate bathroom. The apartment has 5 (2+2+1) sleeping places. All bedding and bath accessories are included.

Check-out time is until 12:00, regardless of the time of check-in (please inform the exact time of your departure 24 hours in advance).
If you have any additional questions, call the manager.
In case of non-payment during check-in of the entire booked period or cancellation of the reservation, the check-in is not made, and the prepayment is not refundable.
If the length of stay is shortened, the remainder of the payment will not be refunded.
