Apartment is situated in ten minutes walking from the metro station Kontraktova Ploscha or the metro station Taras Shevchenko. There is round clock concierge at the entrance og the house. An identity document is required upon check-in.
Early check-in (6:00) and late check-out (till 22:00) are charged as half price per 1 night.
We do not accommodate customers under 25 years’ age. Exceptions are possible if you pay safety deposit at check-in. Celebration and parties are not allowed. The apartment is not rented for office or commercial use.
Kindly be informed that since your reservation for 1night or 2 nights only we require a safe deposit of 2000 UAH upon arrival and we will return it upon departure if no damage in the apartment.
Free cleaning of the apartment and change of bed are possible after 4-6 days stay.
