One-room apartment in an elite neighborhood, in the heart of Kyiv, near Pecherska, Klovska and Arsenalna metro stations. It is located on the 1st floor of 5-storied brick house. There are armoured door, all necessary furniture, 3 sleeping places (double bed and folding armchair). The apartment has renovation, tile, laminate floor, metal-plastic windows overlook the quiet courtyard.
At your disposal: unlimited Internet access (Wi-Fi), large TV-set (200 channels), washing machine, microwave oven, electric kettle, hairdryer, iron, fan, heater, always clean bedding and bath accessories, kitchen utensils.
In a 5-minute walk from supermarket, parking in the yard or nearby for a fee. There are Kyievo-Pecherska lavra, Mcdonald's, Bessarabska square, Mandarin Plaza, Arena City nearby.

Це просто жах, а не квартира. Обшарпана, обдерта і брудна. Бронювала квартиру на Цитадельна 9 Киів. Так як бронюю квартири не вперше, - орієнтувалась на ціну за схожі метри в цьому районі. Але ціни підняли, мабуть, у звязку з футболом, що і збило мене з вибором. На фото квартира доволі прийстойна, але Насправді, квартира в жахливому стані, брудна, з випадаючими розетками, несвіжою білизною Беее!!! Як на мене, здавати таку квартиру - це просто хамське відношення до людей. Заселялась пізно ввечері в неділю, не було можливості шукати варіанти. Не рекомендую. Це був суцільний стрес. Тіпає ще досі.

Квартира грязная везде , от мусорного ведра, посуды, кухни, подоконников до пола на кухни . В стиральной машине были грязные полотенца по-видимому от предыдущих арендаторов , кран на кухне тек , в ванне дырка с счётчиками открытая и запах от стояка , при этом ползли насекомые ,правда через два дня пришёл мастер заклеил полиэтиленом и починил кран, с дороги стояла ждала возле подъезда чемоданами ровно 20 мин пока квартиру уберут , хотя предупредила за 1 час что уже прилетела и буду заселяться в 4 вечера. , холодильник очень шумно работает , 7 дней проживания действовал на нервы по ночам . Хотите грязную квартиру - вам сюда.
