Early check-in and late check-out are an additional service that is paid in the amount of half a day's worth and can be confirmed 24 hours before the day of check-in.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. Smoking is allowed on the balcony (if there is a balcony).
For reduction of the period of stay, a fine in the amount of:
- the cost of 1 night stay, if booking from 1-7 nights;
- 10% of the cost of the stay, if the reservation is from 7 nights.
We take a deposit of one night's stay will be charged upon check-in.
