Description

The apartment has a modern entrance with key card, autonomous heating and water supply. Modern and luxurious interior design will make your stay enjoyable. All furniture and interior details in brand new apartment are made of high quality materials and in accordance with the latest trends in the design world.
The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for two people and a cozy bedroom with large windows, a standard double bed for your comfortable stay. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare your favorite dishes. The bedroom and the living room are separated by a glass wall. There are air conditioning, a microwave, a stove and a plasma TV for your comfort. Two washing machines and one dryer are in the hotel lobby.
New apartment is located on the 34th floor of a tall skyscraper in Kyiv. The residential complex on Klovskyi descent is located in the historical part of the business center of the city.
The location of the building allows you to observe the best panoramas of Kyiv from the windows of the apartment. The breathtaking view of the monastery, Motherland monument on the slopes of Dnieper, and other attractions of the city center will not allow you to remain indifferent. Mariinskyi park for a pleasant walk is near the building.

Additional house rules

There is a security deposit of 5000 UAH required if you book for 1 day on the New Year.
Check-in - at 14:00, check-out - till 12:00. Reception (registration) desk is on 19 Baseina street, second floor. Please note: you should come for Reception desk for check in procedure. If you have an early (before 8:00) or later (after 00:00) check-in, then you should agree in advance on the transfer of keys, since the opening hours of the reception are 08:00 - 00:00. Our manager on duty will meet You at the front (the entrance to your house) at the appointed time. Citizens of Ukraine, which are placed for a day or two, should have two documents for the registration (or a single document and personalized credit card). When placed on three or more days, only one identity document (passport or driving license) is required. To arrange an early check-in (8:00) or late check-out (until 18:00), please verify the possibility of providing this service contacting the owner via the Ask owner tab. Early check-in and late check-out are additional services, they cost 1/2 of the daily rate and can be confirmed 24 hours before the day of check-in.
Pets are not allowed.
No smoking in the apartment. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony (if there is a balcony).
There is a fine for reduction of the period of stay in the amount of:
- the cost of 1 night stay, if booking from 1-7 nights;
- 10% of the cost of the stay, if the reservation is from 7 nights.
We do not accommodate guests under the age of 21 for 1 night.

Расположение шикарное, вид просто космос. Очень хороший контингент и соседи. Более менее чисто, спасибо.

Мебель старая и к сожалению в не очень хорошем состоянии, смарт тв не работало, хотя может я что-то сделал неправильно. Сильный сквозняк от окон.
