A cozy apartment is offered in the 18th building of the Faina Town residential complex, a modern development in one of the greenest and most comfortable areas of Kyiv.

The kitchen area is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, electric stove, oven, pots, pans, all necessary utensils, cups, glasses, wine glasses, and a dining table.

Separate bedroom: bed (2000×1600), wardrobe, desk, and chair.

Bathroom: bathtub, toiletries, hairdryer, towels.
Hot water is available around the clock.

The washing machine is conveniently located in the kitchen area, combining functionality with thoughtful design for your comfort.

Heating is provided during the cold season.
For added comfort, the bathroom has heated floors and walls, ensuring pleasant warmth even on the coldest days.
