The apartment has a double bed with an orthopedic mattress and a single bed with an orthopedic mattress on the second floor — a real child's dream :) Ideal for families with children or when you need a separate comfortable sleeping place.

The kitchenette is equipped with an electric stove (2 burners), sink, refrigerator, microwave oven, and all necessary utensils. The apartment has a boiler, so hot water is always available. Guests have access to Wi-Fi, cable TV, bed linen, and towels.

Nearby are the Vasylkivska metro station, shops, cafes, the SBU Academy, the Institute of Postgraduate Education, the Cancer Institute, and the VDNG. Paid parking with 24-hour security is located next to the building. There is a playground under the windows, which is convenient for families with children.
