We invite you to a modern and cozy studio apartment in the Nyvky neighborhood, near Vinogradar, located at 1 Syretsko-Sadova Street. The apartment is on the 5th floor of a new gated community building with restricted access for residents and guests only.
The building is equipped with a 24/7 video surveillance system, ensuring comfort and security during your stay.
The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay:

The bathroom with a window creates a special atmosphere—during the day, it’s filled with natural light and a cozy feel.
