It is forbidden to make noise in the apartment from 21:00 to 8:00, turn on loud music/TV, carry out any work related to knocking or other mechanical sounds.
For shortening the period of stay, a fine is charged in the amount of the cost of 1 day of stay.

Sometimes guests are settled through the office, which is located at 10 Prorizna street. The cost of a transfer from Zhulyany Airport is 350 UAH, from Boryspil Airport is 650 UAH.

Payment of the security deposit is made through the WayForPay payment system.

Терпеливый и вежливый персонал. Было весьма уютно и комфортно. Я бы остановился ещё раз.

Это не квартира, а комната как в мотеле со всеми удобствами. Замок заедал, об этом я сообщил персоналу и они обещали исправить.
