Cozy one bedroom apartment in the center of Kyiv. The apartment is located in 5 minutes walk from Khreschatyk metro station and in 5 minutes walk from Teatralna metro station. It is located on the 3 floor of a 3-storey building. Nearby there are a supermarket, Arena City and Gulliver shopping centers with lots of shops, restaurants, bars and fast food restaurant, art gallery, as well as the main attractions of the capital. Layout: living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom. The apartment is designed for the 2+2 sleeping places: a double bed and a double sofa bed.
Appliances: washing machine, microwave, TV, hairdryer, iron, kettle, if necessary - DVD.
The apartment has everything necessary for comfortable living: dishes, linens, bath accessories, soap. There are also free internet Wi-Fi access and digital TV.

Check-out time from the apartment is until 12:00, regardless of the time of check-in. If you need to check out after 12:00, you must order a late check-out service. This service is paid in the amount of:
- check-out before 18:00 - you must additionally pay half the cost of a day's stay;
- check-out after 18:00 - it is necessary to pay additionally the cost per day of stay.
Accommodation for guests over 25 years old.
We take a deposit for the keys.
No smoking.
Reporting documents are not provided for the amount of prepayment that is made to the site. Documents are provided only for the amount that is paid to the owner upon check-in. If you need documents for the amount of the prepayment that is made to the site, be sure to contact the Dobovo support service before making the prepayment.
If the dates are shortened, the funds will not be refunded.
