The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 3-storey building. The house is located in the historical part of Kyiv, close to the main attractions of the capital of Ukraine, a 5-minute walk from Sofievskaya Square, Independence Square, Globus shopping center, a large selection of cafes and bars. A 10-minute walk from the main street of Kyiv - Khreshchatyk, Bessarabian Square with many shops and cafes, Mandarin Plaza, BC Parus, as well as the Arena shopping center, which houses the Pinchuk Art Center, nightclubs, shops, restaurants, cafes, a convenience store. The apartment is designed for 2 beds.

It is forbidden to make noise in the apartment from 21:00 to 8:00, turn on loud music/TV, carry out any work related to knocking or other mechanical sounds.
For shortening the period of stay, a fine is charged in the amount of the cost of 1 day of stay.

Sometimes guests are checked in through the office located at 10 Prorizna street.
The cost of a transfer from Zhulyany airport is 350 UAH, from Boryspil airport is 650 UAH.

Payment of the security deposit is made through the WayForPay payment system.
