Additional house rules

Check-in to the apartment is possible from 14:00. If you need to check in before 14:00, you must order an early check-in service. This service is paid in the amount of half the cost of a day's stay. Check-out time from the apartment is until 12:00, regardless of the time of check-in. If you need to check out after 12:00, you must order a late check-out service. This service is paid in the amount of:
- check-out before 18:00 - you must additionally pay half the cost of a day's stay;
- check-out after 18:00 - it is necessary to pay additionally the cost per day of stay.
Accommodation for guests over 25 years old.
We take a deposit for the keys.
No smoking.
Reporting documents are not provided for the amount of prepayment that is made to the site. Documents are provided only for the amount that is paid to the owner upon check-in. If you need documents for the amount of the prepayment that is made to the site, be sure to contact the Dobovo support service before making the prepayment.
If the dates are shortened, the funds will not be refunded.

Отличное месторасположение, на Крещатике возле Макдональдса

Запущенные апартаменты, требующие ремонта. В коридоре ободраны обои, сыпется штукатурка, отклеены плинтуса. В ванной комнате старая занавеска потрепана и неопрятная, ванна поцарапана и нет пробки для набора воды. Душевая кабинка не открывается и не закрывается. На кухне на плинтусах отсутствуют уголки, поэтому легко зацепиться ногой за плинтус. В спальне в стене вырвана с корнем розетка, вместо неё зияет дыра. Обои отклеиваются. В квартире плохая звукоизоляция окон. Весь ночной шум Крещатика, круглосуточного Макдональдса, людей и машин не даёт спать. При заселении 15 минут стоял под подъездом ждал горничную. При выселении горничная опоздала на 20 минут, сидели ждали и охраняли квартиру. За такую квартиру и сервис 50 долларов в сутки цена явно не соответствует.
