Located in the heart of Kiev, our one bedroom apartment offers guests a sophisticated traditional contemporary style. The apartment is just a couple of minutes away from the Metro station Palats Sportu, making it easily accessible for travel throughout the city. Should you prefer to walk, you are only 5 minutes away from broad Khreschatyk street, Independence Square (Maydan Nezalezhnosti), European Square (Yevropeyska Ploscha) with numerous boutiques, shops and restaurants. The whole apartment is suffused with natural light from large, south-facing windows. The renovated and redesigned apartment consists of a large living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining area, a separate bedroom, and a full bathroom with shower and modern styling. The bright and airy bedroom has a queen size platform bed. Quality linens and towels are provided for your comfort. A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are available for your convenience.

There is a security deposit of 5000 UAH required if you book for 1 day on the New Year.
This is a hotel type apartment.
Check-in - at 14:00, check-out - till 12:00. Reception (registration) desk is on 19 Baseina street, second floor. Please note: you should come for Reception desk for check in procedure. If you have an early (before 8:00) or later (after 00:00) check-in, then you should agree in advance on the transfer of keys, since the opening hours of the reception are 08:00 - 00:00. Our manager on duty will meet You at the front (the entrance to your house) at the appointed time. Citizens of Ukraine, which are placed for a day or two, should have two documents for the registration (or a single document and personalized credit card). When placed on three or more days, only one identity document (passport or driving license) is required. To arrange an early check-in (8:00) or late check-out (until 18:00), please verify the possibility of providing this service contacting the owner via the Ask owner tab. Early check-in and late check-out are additional services, they cost 1/2 of the daily rate and can be confirmed 24 hours before the day of arrival.
Pets are not allowed.
No smoking in the apartment. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony (if there is a balcony).
There is a fine for reduction of the period of stay in the amount of:
- the cost of 1 night stay, if booking from 1-7 nights;
- 10% of the cost of the stay, if the reservation is from 7 nights.
We do not accommodate guests under the age of 21 for 1 night.
