Check-out time from the apartment is until 12:00, regardless of the time of check-in. If you need to check out after 12:00, you must order a late check-out service. This service is paid in the amount of:
- check-out before 18:00 - you must additionally pay half the cost of a day's stay;
- check-out after 18:00 - it is necessary to pay additionally the cost per day of stay.
Accommodation for guests over 25 years old.
We take a deposit for the keys.
No smoking.
Reporting documents are not provided for the amount of prepayment that is made to the site. Documents are provided only for the amount that is paid to the owner upon check-in. If you need documents for the amount of the prepayment that is made to the site, be sure to contact the Dobovo support service before making the prepayment.
If the dates are shortened, the funds will not be refunded.

Розташування, був дуже хороший напор в душі, доступ до оселі 24/7

1. По приїзду номери телефонів не відповідали, хвилин через 10 десь тільки передзвонили. 2. На фото інший номер, по факту поселили в інший 3. На поверхнях був пил, на батареї шкарпетки попередніх гостей 4. У ванній кімнаті дуже гучно працює насос по відкачки каналізації 5. Вайфай до кімнати не добивав взагалі, біля самого роутера нормально, але це при вході 6. Шумоізоляції немає (треба просили сусідів поводитися чемно), вікно виходило у двір, там постійно паркувалися автівки та світили у вікно
