According to our policy, reservations are accepted from 21 years of age and on Fridays and weekends we accept guests from 25 years of age. Thank you for your understanding.

When booking apartments for 1 day on New Year's Eve, a deposit of 3000 UAH is required.

To check in and get the keys, please come to the reception at 19, Basseynaya St., second floor. Working hours - from 08:00 to 00:00.

Attention: You must come to the reception desk to formalize the check-in procedure.
If you have an early (before 8:00 am) or late (after 00:00 am) check-in, you should arrange in advance to hand over the keys, as the reception hours are 08:00 - 00:00. You will be met at the front door (entrance to the house) by a Partner Guest House employee at the agreed time.
Ukrainian citizens staying for one or two days should bring two documents for registration (or one document and a credit card). If you are staying for three or more days, one document confirming your identity (passport or driver's license) is enough.
For early check-in (8:00 a.m.) or late check-out (6:00 p.m.), please contact us in advance.
Early check-in and late check-out is an optional service, charged at half the daily rate and must be confirmed 24 hours in advance.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the balcony (if available).
We do not accept guests under the age of 21.
Shortened stays are subject to a penalty of
- 1 night's stay for bookings of 1-7 nights;
- 10% of the room rate for bookings of 7 nights or more.

Дуже вдале розташування, як завжди супер персонал - постійно на зв'язку, оперативно відповідають на всі питання, ключі видали раніше 14. В апартаментах є все необхідне для комфортного перебування - одноразові капці, засоби гігієни, мінімальний набір посуду, мікрохвильовка, холодильник, чайник, кулер з водою в загальному коридорі. За потреби можна випрати та висушити речі - доступні пральна та сушильна машини в коридорі, я не користувалася, але для когось це може бути важливо. Чистота в номері.

Апартаменти ну дуууже маленькі, немає навіть місця для стільчика, або крісла, тож якщо захочеться випити чаю, кави, або поїсти, сидіти доведеться на ліжку і їсти на тумбочці, але враховуючи вартість яку я заплатила і те, що я приходила туди виключно переночувати, для мене це було не критично. А от чистота постільної білизни - залишає бажати кращого, була з плямами.
