Welcome to SmartHouse residential complex at 41 Mashynobudivna Street in Solomenskyi district! You are located only 200 meters from public transport stops and 10 minutes walk (or one stop by public transport) from Beresteyska metro station.

This is an ideal place for a comfortable stay where you can use all the amenities of the complex: parking, fitness club, two supermarkets, pizzeria, sushi bar and cozy cafes. The building also has a bomb shelter, high-speed elevators, concierge service and 24-hour security. Nearby are KPI, NAU, Bogomolets, Medmistechko, a recreational park, a bank, business centers with conference rooms, shopping and entertainment centers, shops and restaurants.

The apartment is fully equipped for your comfortable stay. The kitchen has a cozy dining area and necessary utensils. You will find a double bed with an orthopedic mattress.
