The concept of the complex — “city within a city” — includes all the essential aspects for your convenience. Within a few minutes’ walk are the metro stations “Vyrlytsia” and “Boryspilska,” public transport stops, a beautiful park and lake, modern shopping centers, various stores, cafés, pharmacies, and other services. The complex features a supermarket on the ground floor, autonomous heating, a secured territory with guest parking, video surveillance, children’s and sports playgrounds, high-speed elevators, concierge service, and a well-organized outdoor area.

The studio for rent is bright and comfortable, with original renovation, a beautiful city view, and a full set of appliances and furniture for your convenience. The built-in kitchen includes necessary appliances (microwave, cooktop, extractor hood, refrigerator, electric kettle), dishes, and a dining area. The sleeping area has a comfortable double bed and a fold-out sofa.

Amenities include TV, internet, Wi-Fi, air conditioner, autonomous heating, iron, ironing board, and work desk. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, water heater, washing machine, and hairdryer. Bed and bath linens, as well as a shower kit, are provided.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in our apartment. Check-in is at 14:00, check-out at 12:00. Early or late check-in/check-out can be arranged by prior agreement. We gladly welcome guests with children and pets (with prior approval). A security deposit may be required (by prior arrangement). All necessary reporting documents are provided.
