Studio apartment consists of a cosy bedroom, kitchen, shared bathroom and balcony. The windows overlook a quiet courtyard, shielding you from the noise of the central streets. There is a lift in the building.
The apartment is on the 5th floor of a 6-storey building. The house in which the apartment is located is situated in the historical part of Kyiv, close to the main attractions of the capital of Ukraine. In 5 minutes walk Sofia Square, Independence Square, shopping centre Globus, near a large selection of cafes and bars. In 10 minutes walk the main street of Kyiv - Khreshchatyk, Bessarabska Square with many stores and cafes, shopping center Mandarin Plaza, BC Parus. Also near the shopping and entertainment centre Arena, in which are located: the centre of modern art Pinchuk Art Center, nightclubs, shops, restaurants, cafes, 24-hour supermarket.

The time of eviction from the apartment is until 12:00, regardless of the time of check-in. If you need to check out after 12:00, you need to order the late check-out service.
It is forbidden to make noise in the apartment from 21:00 to 8:00, turn on loud music/TV, carry out any work related to knocking or other mechanical sounds.
For shortening the period of stay, a fine is charged in the amount of the cost of 1 day of stay.

Sometimes guests are checked in through the office located at 10 Prorizna street.
The cost of a transfer from Zhulyany airport is 350 UAH, from Boryspil airport is 650 UAH.

Payment of the security deposit is made through the WayForPay payment system.

Набиралася вода в умивальнику в ванній. Немає дзеркала у ванній, це не критично, але було б зручніше, якби було)
