Studio apartment consists of a cozy bedroom, kitchen and shared bathroom. There is no elevator in the house.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 6-story building. Windows overlook the courtyard. The house where the apartment is located in the historical part of Kyiv, close to the main attractions of the capital of Ukraine. A 15-minute walk to Peizazhna alley, Andriivskyi descent, as well as many churches and places that are shrouded in long history and romance of the city. A 10-minute walk from Zoloti Vorota, Sofiiska square, Maidan Nezalezhnosti, Globus shopping center, the main street of Kyiv - Khreshchatyk and of course Bessarabska square. You can find a large selection of cafes, bars and other establishments for different tastes on the way.

Additional house rules

Check-in is from 15:00. If you need to check in before 15:00, you must order the early check-in service. When ordering early check-in, it is necessary to additionally pay the cost of a day's stay.
If you need to check out after 12:00, you need to order the late check-out service. Check-out before 18:00 - it is necessary to additionally pay half of the cost of a day's stay; later than 18:00 - it is necessary to additionally pay the cost of a day's stay. The possibility of a late check-out service depends on the availability of the apartment on the date. It is recommended to order the late check-out service when pre-booking the apartment.

The apartment is provided to you exclusively for living, which makes it impossible to carry out any noisy activities that may cause concern to others, neighbors and violate public order, as well as may cause damage to property in the apartment.
In accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, the following are prohibited in the apartment: - from 21:00 to 8:00, make noise, turn on music/television loudly, carry out any work related to knocking or other mechanical sounds; - conducting any celebrations, parties or other noisy group events. In case of violation of this clause, we reserve the right to immediately evict you without refund of funds - advance payment, payment for accommodation, cash deposit.
For shortening the period of stay, a fine is charged in the amount of the cost of 1 day of stay.
Sometimes guests are checked in through the office located at 10 Prorizna street.
The cost of a transfer from Zhulyany airport is 350 UAH, from Boryspil airport is 650 UAH.

Payment of the security deposit is made through the WayForPay payment system.

Набиралася вода в умивальнику в ванній. Немає дзеркала у ванній, це не критично, але було б зручніше, якби було)
