The time of departure from the apartment - until 12:00, regardless of the time of check-in. In case of necessity to leave the apartment after 12:00, it is necessary to order the service - late check-out.
It is forbidden to make noise in the apartment from 21:00 to 8:00, to turn on music/TV loudly, to do any work with knocking or other mechanical noises.
A fine of 1 night will be charged for shortening the stay.

The washing machine is located in the hall.

Sometimes the settlement of guests is done through the office, which is located at the address: 10 Proreznaya Street.
Transfer from Kyiv airport costs 350 UAH, from Borispol airport - 650 UAH.

The insurance deposit is paid through WayForPay payment system.
