The apartments are located on the 4th floor of a 4-story building. The house is located in the business center of Kyiv, close to the main attractions of the capital of Ukraine, a 15-minute walk to the main street of Kyiv - Khreshchatyk, Bessarabian Square with many shops and cafes, Mandarin Plaza, Parus Business Center. It is forbidden to make noise in the apartment from 21:00 to 8:00, turn on loud music/TV, carry out any work related to knocking or other mechanical sounds.
For shortening the period of stay, a fine is charged in the amount of the cost of 1 day of stay.

Sometimes guests are settled through the office, which is located at 10 Prorizna street. The cost of a transfer from Zhulyany Airport is 350 UAH, from Boryspil Airport is 650 UAH.

Payment of the security deposit is made through the WayForPay payment system.

Погано працює душ, не працює перемикач з крана на душ і навпаки, все одно тече з усіх сторін І холодна квартира, я там замерзла, поки обігрівач не нагрів квартиру.
