The house is located in the business center of Kyiv, close to the main attractions of the capital of Ukraine, a 15-minute walk to the main street of Kyiv - Khreshchatyk, Bessarabian Square with many shops and cafes, Mandarin Plaza, Parus, as well as Arena shopping center, which houses the Pinchuk Art Center, nightclubs, shops, restaurants, cafes, a convenience store. The NSC Olimpiyskiy is located 10 minutes from the house.

It is forbidden to make noise in the apartment from 21:00 to 8:00, turn on loud music/TV, carry out any work related to knocking or other mechanical sounds.
For shortening the period of stay, a fine is charged in the amount of the cost of 1 day of stay.

Sometimes guests are checked in through the office located at 10 Prorizna street.
The cost of a transfer from Zhulyany airport is 350 UAH, from Boryspil airport is 650 UAH.

Payment of the security deposit is made through the WayForPay payment system.
