We offer you a very cozy, quiet, and spacious apartment in Scandinavian style. Renovated in 2020.
Total area - 50 sq. m. Floor - 19/26. The building has 3 elevators and a shelter with elevator access. Suitable for 2 adults with children or for 2-3 adults.

A cozy apartment in a very good location (central area), in a new and quiet residential complex. Well suited for family living. Spacious loggia with a lounge area and stunning views of the city center. The complex has a children's playground, sports ground, and shelter. Underground parking is a 10-minute walk away, in the Smart Plaza shopping center (there are always free spaces, overnight parking is possible).

laundry detergent, liquid hand soap, dishwashing liquid, shampoo, shower gel, bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, disposable slippers, toilet paper, garbage bags, tea, coffee, sugar. After that, guests are responsible for providing their own essentials.

Povitroflotsky Quarter residential complex (2018), 1B Sholudenko Street — only a 7-minute walk to the Polytechnic Institute metro station.
The complex has a closed guarded courtyard, a large children's area, places to relax, and outdoor exercise equipment.
