Description

The building has an autonomous energy system that keeps the elevators, heating, and water supply running during power outages.
The apartment is located in the new Patriotyka residential complex, which is close to the metro station—only 700 meters away. The apartment was renovated in 2018. The ultra-modern style will leave a lasting impression and make you want to come back again and again.
Location: a few minutes' walk to the Poznyaki and Osokorki metro stations, 15 minutes' drive to Boryspil Airport. The area is one of the best in terms of infrastructure and layout. Modern entertainment venues within walking distance: shopping centers, cinemas, restaurants, bars, McDonald's, Mafia, Elkafa cafe, Aladdin, Pyramida, Metro, Epicenter shopping centers, Novus and Billa supermarkets, KFC, Boris clinic, and much more. The city center is 6 metro stops (up to 20 minutes) or 15 minutes by car.
The entrance is equipped with a magnetic lock. The building has three Otis elevators (one freight and two passenger). The apartment has air conditioning, a TV, a double bed, a kitchenette, and a table.
