Description

A great apartment in a very warm, brick building. The house has a great location, just a few steps from Klovska underground, a two-minute walk are Parus and Gulliver business centers. Close by are many restaurants, cafes, clubs and shops. The apartment has two rooms: a bedroom with a large bed, living room with work area. Installed two televisions and two air conditioners. In case of extreme winter cold, you can turn on additional electric heaters. In the apartment you will not annoying street noise, because the bedroom windows open onto the end of the building, and glazed loggia will hold harmless the living room from the noise. The apartment also has a washing machine and water heater. The apartment can comfortably accommodate two adults and two children. The kitchen has a full set of equipment and cutlery required for cooking and eating. Unlimited, wireless, high-speed Internet access is available. Please note that the apartment is located on the 4th floor and the house does not have an elevator.

Additional house rules

It is mandatory to report in advance the exact time of eviction.
Earlier check-in and/or late check-out is possible if this does not interfere with other guests. To be guaranteed an opportunity for early check-in or late check-out, you must pay the cost of one more night stay.
It is possible to organize a transfer (costs slightly more than a taxi, payment - in cash to the driver).
If you have a late check-in - after 20:00, or an early departure - before 8:00, please book a transfer with our driver who will meet you at the airport or train station. If you don’t need a transfer, please be ready to receive the keys (in case of late arrival) or hand them over (in case of early departure) to the concierge, who is located near the apartment. We will send you detailed instructions on how to do this. Leaving the keys under the rug near the apartment or in the mailbox without prior approval is strictly prohibited.
You must have a passport (or other photo ID) and a security deposit in the amount of the cost of one night stay. Upon check-in, after inspecting the apartment, the security deposit is returned to the guest.
Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited. For smoking, you can use the balcony.
Surcharge for providing extra bed is 120 UAH (5 USD) per day.

Заселились впятером, при этом мы их предупреждали, что квартира небольшая, будет неудобно. Также, целевая аудитория для проживания указана в описании к квартире на сайте. Один из тех случаев, когда нужно было отказать в размещении, чтобы не читать потом негативный отзыв.
