Description

The great one-bedroom apartment is located near the Opera theatre, Avalon club and Dejavu. The apartment is after a renovation, furniture is made of natural wood, Italian tile and sanitary ware. A spacious living room is fitted with a sofa and bedroom has a large bed, the bathroom is equipped with a hydromassage bath. The apartment is very quiet because the windows overlook the courtyard. There are all necessary appliances, telephone, unlimited high-speed Internet.

The owner requires a security deposit in the amount of 1250 UAH, which will be returned upon check-out if the property is safe.

Additional house rules

It is mandatory to report in advance the exact time of eviction.
Earlier check-in and/or late check-out is possible if this does not interfere with other guests. To be guaranteed an opportunity for early check-in or late check-out, you must pay the cost of one more night stay.
It is possible to organize a transfer (costs slightly more than a taxi, payment - in cash to the driver).
If you have a late check-in - after 20:00, or an early departure - before 8:00, please book a transfer with our driver who will meet you at the airport or train station. If you don’t need a transfer, please be ready to receive the keys (in case of late arrival) or hand them over (in case of early departure) to the concierge, who is located near the apartment. We will send you detailed instructions on how to do this. Leaving the keys under the rug near the apartment or in the mailbox without prior approval is strictly prohibited.
You must have a passport (or other photo ID) and a security deposit in the amount of the cost of one night stay. Upon check-in, after inspecting the apartment, the security deposit is returned to the guest.
Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited. For smoking, you can use the balcony.
Surcharge for providing extra bed is 120 UAH (5 USD) per day.

Для межсезонья, когда еще не запущено городское отопление, в квартире есть мощный дополнительный электрический нагреватель. Также, несложно запустить кондиционер в режиме обогрева. Не совсем понятно, почему гость этим не воспользовался

Мы не ясновидящие, поэтому, необходимо было уведомить любым, удобным способом о возникающих проблемах. В квартире был включен накопительный водонагреватель. Для наполнения ванной можно было переключится на городскую горячую воду, но нужно было об этом своевременно сообщить, а не писать об этом в отзыве после выезда.
