Description

Large, spacious one bedroom apartment with high ceilings 3.75 m, house built in imperial times. The house has an ideal location for both the tourist and business visit in Kyiv, it is located in a few dozen meters from Maidan Nezalezhnosti and the central street of Kyiv - Khreschatyk. There are many historical and architectural monuments: St. Michael's Golden-domed Cathedral, Princess Olga monument, St .Sophia's Cathedral, monument to Bogdan Khmelnitsky. Nearby there is the famous Andriivskyi descent, Andriivska Church, Bulhakov House-Museum, the castle of Richard Lionheart is, many artistic salons. Also, nearby there is the Hyatt and Intercontinental hotels, a lot of restaurants and cafes, great supermarket Billa. The entrance to the house is equipped with intercom, is well kept and clean. All the rooms in the apartment are separate. The living room has a large LCD TV 46 inch, conditioner, comfortable sofa bed, a balcony. The bedroom has a TV 32 inches and a great big double bed and also has a balcony. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, crockery and cutlery. Also, the kitchen comes with a second air conditioning. In case of supply disruptions of the central hot water supply in apartment there is water boiler on 100 l. Unlimited wireless high-speed Internet.

Additional house rules

It is mandatory to report in advance the exact time of eviction.
Earlier check-in and/or late check-out is possible if this does not interfere with other guests. To be guaranteed an opportunity for early check-in or late check-out, you must pay the cost of one more night stay.
It is possible to organize a transfer (costs slightly more than a taxi, payment - in cash to the driver).
If you have a late check-in - after 20:00, or an early departure - before 8:00, please book a transfer with our driver who will meet you at the airport or train station. If you don’t need a transfer, please be ready to receive the keys (in case of late arrival) or hand them over (in case of early departure) to the concierge, who is located near the apartment. We will send you detailed instructions on how to do this. Leaving the keys under the rug near the apartment or in the mailbox without prior approval is strictly prohibited.
You must have a passport (or other photo ID) and a security deposit in the amount of the cost of one night stay. Upon check-in, after inspecting the apartment, the security deposit is returned to the guest.
Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited. For smoking, you can use the balcony.
Surcharge for providing extra bed is 120 UAH (5 USD) per day.
